Sarah Kidd is the Head of the National Mycology Reference Centre at SA Pathology, and Associate Professor in the School of Biological Sciences, Adelaide University, Australia. She is a Fellow of the European Confederation of Medical Mycology and the Australian Society for Microbiology. She is currently a Co-Chair of the Australia and New Zealand Mycoses Interest Group (ANZMIG) and convenes Australia’s biennial Mycology Masterclass. Her interests are in fungal diagnostics, antifungal resistance and emerging fungal threats.
